Radon is an odorless and tasteless gas that can cause serious health implications to people living in environments with elevated levels. The state of Ohio requires a specialized licensure to test for this radioactive gas. We are proud to work with the ODH in helping to reduce the risk and exposure of Radon for the citizens of Ohio. What we didn’t know 50 years ago may very well have had a huge impact on our health and well being, however we now know that Radon gas causes around 21K deaths per year and is the second leading cause of lung cancer in non-smokers. While we can test visible mold growth using sample analysis and lab verification. There are times when mold is not always visible and that is when we take air quality samples to help identify concentrations and verify that mold is actively present in a home. Utilizing similar testing measures we also have the ability to sample for dust characterization, giving you a wider scope of what indoor air quality is present in the home.
